I want to actually make real raid progress instead of wiping on easy bosses.

They weren't progressing as fast as i was expecting.

6) Please tell us about any previous raiding experience in WoW.
Kara, the first 4 bosses in BT, and the first 4 bosses in Hyjal. We were unable to progress beyond these points because certain players weren't able to handle the further bosses. In WotLK, My guild was 3rd on server to kill KT on 25m, although we were unable to kill Sarth 3d because of a lack of raiding enthusiasm in certain players. I was in a 10 man guild in ulduar, and we were among the first to kill Yogg-Saron on 10m. In ToC the only guild recruiting was an ok guild, but we never downed any hard modes.
7) Pleas tell us about any previous leadership experience in WoW.
I've never lead any guild raids, but i've lead pug raids before.
8) What do you want out of your playing time?
I just want a guild that will actually get things done and not just quit when raiding gets tough or we wipe after two attempts. The feeling you get after killing a new boss is way better than any loot the boss drops.
9) Are you able to make all of Conquest’s raid times (Mon, Tues, Thurs 6-9 PST) on a regular basis?

11) Approximately what percentage of raids do you plan to attend?
95-100% and in the rare case that i have to miss a raid, i will tell the raid leaders ahead of time.
12) Please describe your computer/internet setup and indicate whether you tend to have lag or connectivity issues.
I have a brand new custom built computer, i easily get 40+ fps on ultra settings in raids. My internet connection is very stable and i almost never disconnect.
13) Are you willing to occupy a bench slot (online and still available to sub in) when needed?
yes
14) In your opinion, what do skilled players of your class and spec contribute to 25-man raiding?
We contribute large bursts of healing quickly to anybody who needs it, we can effectively heal 2 Tanks at the same time with Beacon of Light, mitigate incoming damage on any character with sacred shield on the entire raid with improved Divine Sacrifice that Ret paladins can't reach into the Prot tree to grab.
15) What do you, as an individual, bring to raids that distinguishes you from average players? Here’s your chance to convince us that we need YOU for our team.
I'm one of the few people who actually knows all the ins and outs of the paladin class and i know when and where to use the abilities.
16) If you had to name your favorite movie at the moment what would it be? Why?
My favorite movie right now is Cop Out with Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan.
17) What mods do you use, and why do you like them?
I use pallypower, healbot, recount, and bigwigs on my paladin. Bigwigs works as well for me as DBM does for others, so i don't want to mess with a good thing. Healbot is my addon of choice for healing, it matches my style of play very well.
18) Tell us one joke that you find hilarious (if that's too much pressure, any joke you find funny will do). Most jokes that i find funny aren't very appropriate and i don't want to offend anybody before i'm even in the guild.
